5) Dr. Guillermo Compeán, IATTC Director, Status of tuna populations in the Eastern Pacific.
6) Dr. Max Aguero, ICSED, The loss of economic rent in fisheries and aquaculture due to poor management. 7) Dra. María Angela Barbieri, IFOP/PUCV, Remote sensing applied to fisheries oceanography in Chile: Historical review.
